Registering with 30 Kingsway Surgery
We are an NHS GP practice located at 30 Kingsway, Waterloo, Liverpool, L22 4RQ.
We welcome registrations from patients who are moving into the practice boundary. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our catchment area, please contact the surgery and our team will be happy to help.
We may also consider applications from patients who live outside our practice boundary under our Out of Area Registration arrangements. These applications are assessed on an individual basis, and acceptance onto our patient list is at the discretion of the GP.
If accepted as an out-of-area patient, you will have access to the same services provided by the practice. However, we do not provide home visits to patients registered under the out-of-area scheme. If you require urgent medical care and are unable to attend the surgery, you may be advised to contact NHS 111, who can arrange appropriate local services if required.
We may refuse an out-of-area registration request if it is not practical or clinically appropriate for us to provide your care safely and effectively. If your health needs change in the future, we may review your registration and discuss whether a GP practice closer to your home would be more suitable.
